Educational PurposeThe Personal Leadership Assessment helps you reflect on how you currently lead yourself and influence others across ten areas. It is not a test of personal worth and should not be used as an employment, promotion, disciplinary, psychological, or clinical evaluation.

Its purpose is to identify:

  • Areas needing greater attention.

  • Opportunities for continued growth.
  • Practical next steps.
